September Empties!

Hey everyone, 

Well you know it's empties time when you can't even put anymore in your empty box! After totalling up this month, I'm extremely pleased with the progress I've made and can defiantly do a no buy month next month! 

If you don't know already, for my empties I write down the value in a notebook and total it up after a month. All my empties stay in a box at the end of my end ready for the end of month photo. 

(sorry for the blurry photo! It's quite dark in my room!) 

This month I used a total of:

4 Haircare

15 Facial care

12 Body Products

10 Samples

13 Makeup

5 Eyeshadow pans

4 Misc

The total for September empties is: £210.61!!! I'm extremely pleased with this value and this was topped up with a few high end empties courteousy of Glossybox, but over all a good value! Next month I would like to continue on using up my makeup via project pans and would like to focus on my samples as I have WAY to many of them!

July Empties!

Hey everyone, 

This month I expected to see a lot more in my empties and a higher value, to which I did! I also found that with a low buy (supposed to be a no buy!) that I've been enjoying my makeup more. If you don't already know, when i finish a product it goes into my empties basket and the value of the product is written down in a book. At the end of the month I total up how much I used up. 

This month I used up:

1 Haircare

11 Face products

10 Body products

20 Samples 

6 Makeup and 3 eyeshadows from palettes

1 perfume 

I managed to use up a whopping £163.73 worth of items this month and I can see my collection going down. I have also been partaking in #panthatpalette on Instagram (@Piperbeauty if wondering) and that's how I managed to use up 3 pans of shadow from there. 

Here's to another awesome month (but also my traveling month!)

#12emptiesofChristmas update

Hey everyone, 

I'm right on cue today with this update and I can tell you now, hopefully it won't take me until Christmas to finish what I have left. So far for me- 10 down and 2 to go.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Pink Gold

Im so proud of my progress in this! I've never hit pan on a Colour Tattoo before so you can imagine the excitement when I did! So far I've been using this in conjunction with my pan that palette which is going well. 

Benefit Highbeam Sample

This little baby will not die! However I have just had to take the stopper out, so hopefully my progress will continue. I have noticed though that the brush does not hit the bottom of the tube, so it may have to go if I can't get anymore out.
