Glossybox- December

Hey everyone!
It's that time of the month again and Glossybox is already here! I didn't even realise that the last month could go this quickly! Today I'm coming at you with a beautiful Glossybox! "The Rose gold edit" was created in collaboration with the beauty blogger Really Ree and consists of 6 items. If you do not know already Glossybox is £10 + p&p a month however you can buy packages too. Glossybox is also made in other counties too, so check out their website for more information.
I had to show you all this box before I even started! I don't know about you but Glossybox really has picked up their packaging game recently!
As per usual I'm going to start at my favourite and work my way down to the least favourite item.
Starskin Bio-cellulose Second Skin Mask- full size- £8.50
As you all know I love a good mask and when I saw this in my box I knew I have to try this! Unfortunatly I do want to wait until my cold has gone so I can smell the coconut! I have high hopes for this expensive mask however I hope I don't like it too much as £8.50 is a lot to pay for one application.
Etre Belle Golden Skin Caviar Eye Roll on- sample size- full size is £30.66
I also love some good skincare as I've already tried the brand Etre Belle before in a Glossybox, I knew this would be a good one! As soon as you roll this product on you are greeted with a cool feeling to instantly de-puff under eye bags (of which I have majorly dark ones). I have already popped this product into my makeup draws to apply when putting on primer as I've noticed it does have a bit of light reflecting gold shimmer, perfect for under foundation. I know this product will be a love!
L'occitane Shea Face Comforting Oil- sample size- full size is £29
I've also already broken out this little bad boy! As suggested, this oil is perfect for comforting and soothing the skin after a long hard day. I used this for the first time yesterday after my eye serum but before moisturiser and I loved it. It does not have a harsh smell, warms up nicely in your hands for application and is 100% natural. Unfortunatly the sample is so small that I won't see a difference in my skin to know if it's worth spending the money.
So Susan Statement Skin Highlighter Pencil- full size- £15
This colour is absolutely beautiful! However I do have a gripe about this product! It took off my foundation once blended into the cheekbones as a highlight. I will carry on with it though and tomorrow I'm going to try it out under my foundation for a more subtle highlight. I love this brand so I really hope that this product works!
Essence Liquid Lipstick in Show Off- full size- £2.50
I already know I love this product as I have a light nude pink already in my collection. It crosses between the pigment of a liquid lipstick but dries to a shiny gloss. Unfortunatly this product is only as low as it is because of the colour. A friend will be recieving this soon.
Collection Long Lasting Nail Effects- Full size- £2.99
Another great brand here and I love this colour! Only reason it is so far down is that I have loads of nail polishes!

As you can see this was a great month for Glossybox! A friend of mine did receive a holy grail product of mine in her box and I'm a little jealous but this was a great overall box. Keep it up Glossybox!

Glossybox- September!

Hey everyone,
A month goes round so quickly! Here I am coming at you with another Glossybox unboxing and I'll say now, it's a bad month. I have a few items I like but I don't agree that it was worth the amount you pay for the box. If you don't know already, Glossybox is £10 plus postage and you can get different monthly subscriptions. Glossybox does also create boxes for different countries so it's worth checking if they do one for your area.
This months theme was style and getting into the fall weather which I defiantly agree the items do.
Maria Nila Luminous Colour Hair Masque- full size- £18.95
I must admit this is the product I'm most excited for. If you know me well you already know I love a good hair mask and I do compare them all to my favourite from Beauty Protector but unfortunately that  has a price tag of £16! As soon as I openned this one up, I fell in love with the scent. It is so fruity and I bet will smell amazing with my current shampoo.
Bella Pierre Shimmer Powder in Whesek- full size- £12.99
Okay, maybe I lied a little. I am also excited for this product! I have been in love with Bella Pierre products since my first ever Glossybox which had a gold coloured shimmer powder in it. This one is a beautiful silver/grey colour which will probably appear on my lower lash line in the weeks to come! Defiantly a fall colour.
Nails Inc polish in Battersea Park- full size- £11
I really should re-do my profile on Glossybox because I always get nail polish now and although I love polish, I never get colours I like. I do know that in this months box you could have also got a light pink colour which I would have worn to death. However khaki green really isn't my thing and this polish will be passed to my sister.
Invisibobble Traceless Hair Ring- full size- £4
I must admit I will never use these. I can't wear my hair up to sleep (I manage to get headaches from the pony tail) and I have to use black hair ties for work. So these although a great idea (if they work), will probably be passed on as well.
Marsk Eyeshadow Brush Pro- Full size- £16.70
This i think was a waste of product in my box. Although I do like recieving brushes in any of the boxes I receive, this one I think just isn't worth £16.70. I haven't given it a shot at applying eyeshadow yet, but I already know I don't like the bristles. They are synthetic and feel weird even on my hand. This may also be a product going to my sister.

As well as the products in our boxes we also recieved a code for an invitation to Best Secret (clothing) which I will also never use! I shouldn't complain about this box as all the items were full size, however I just don't feel the items were worth the price or even being in a style box.

Glossybox- April 2015

Hey everyone,
I'm back! I'm so SO sorry that I've been missing in action recently, I've been getting back into my other hobby (Jewellery Making if anyone is interested) and abusing this one. Well now I'm back with another Glossybox review and this time I wasn't as impressed but it's still a great selection. For anyone who doesn't know Glossybox in £10 + postage in the UK and contains 4-5 beauty products. Most months you do get a sneak peek and they do have boxes for other countries too.
This months box was inspired by Hollywood and I recieved the Marylin box. Let's get into the box! As always I'll go from my most favourite product to the least and tell you my initial thoughts.
Colour club Barely There Nail Polish- full size-£4.10
Now let's just start at the fact that one, it's a full size polish. Two it's the perfect nude colour that I love to wear to work. I must admit I made a promise to my mother and myself at the beginning of this year that I wouldn't buy any new nail polish and so far I haven't. Both of my new ones are from Glossybox's. This will be tried and tested soon.
Astral Original Face and Body Moisturiser- Full size- £3.89 for 200ml
I've heard of this brand before and I must admit it has been on my drugstore wish list, so having it come in a box was perfect for me! I tried this as soon as I went to put all my new items away and I love the constancy however I dislike the smell. Once I have finished my current moisturiser, I'll be moving on to this as I think I can get past the smell.
IDC Body Lotion- Full Size- £3.59 for 100ml
I'm never going to say no to a body lotion especially when it smells of roses! This fragrance when rubbed in does die down a little but it really does feel luxurious. The packaging is pretty darn cute too!
Lord & Berry Lipstick Pencil in Kiss- Full Size- £10
Pop Beauty Kajal Eyeliner Pencil- Full Size- £6.50
Now as you can tell these two are my least favourite products and it's not because they are bad products (defiantly not for a FREE Lord and Berry lipstick!!). It is just the fact I have so many eyeliners in black (this one I haven't even swatched because I don't want yet another eyeliner open) and I also don't wear red lipstick. However I did try the lipstick on with a bare face and it is okay. It shows up a lot more orange tonned on my lips, it may have to be tried and tested with full makeup.

My overall view of this box is that yes it does resemble Hollywood and the Marylin style, however I won't use the main items in this box. Here's to next months box as I don't know anything that will be in the box!
